Changing Attitudes and Behavior in your Tutoring Session (Webinar with School on Wheels)

As some of you know, I currently volunteer with the amazing organization School on Wheels which provides academic tutoring and other services to homeless children living in shelters, motels, foster homes, and on the streets in Southern California.

Recently I had the opportunity to host a webinar for tutors on how to positively change the attitude and behavior of the homeless students when participating in a tutoring session. It was lots of fun, and I just wanted to share here as well some of the strategies since they also work in the classroom.
